The Pain You Know Too Well

You save every post. You scroll late at night. You whisper to yourself, something has to change.

But nothing changes.

Your daughter comes home with tears in her eyes.
You feel the pit in your stomach when she says, “They left me out.”
You rage because she’s not liked.
You ache because she’s trying so hard.

Why Me?

I’m Nik Bowers, former middle school principal, educator, and executive function coach. I’ve spent 20+ years walking with moms and girls through the mess of gossip, exclusion, and rejection at all ages.

I’ve lived it at home too. My two daughters faced the bullying, the left-out, the sting of rejection.

I know the skills it takes to grow through and rise from it. I’ve seen it not just with my girls, but over decades with others.

I will help you grow her to the other side: when they’re not scrambling in high school, when their voice and their logic finally stand strong.
