SIGN UP TODAY!The Pain You Know Too Well
You save every post. You scroll late at night. You whisper to yourself, something has to change.
But nothing changes.
Your daughter comes home with tears in her eyes.
You feel the pit in your stomach when she says, âThey left me out.â
You rage because sheâs not liked.
You ache because sheâs trying so hard.
You want it to be easy, but it isnât.
So you start to question everything:
⥠Maybe if she had different friendsâŚ
⥠Maybe if the other kids were nicerâŚ
⥠Maybe if those parents actually parentedâŚ
⥠Maybe if we switched schoolsâŚ
But hereâs the truth nobody tells you:
It will happen again.
It doesnât stop.

Natalie, Mom of 7th and 8th graders
âWeâve been working with Nik for over a year and a half. I totally messed up a friendship situation and made it worse. My daughter became a bigger target. It was awful to watch her get rejected. But because of the work weâve done with Nik, Iâve grown as a parent, and my daughter has grown in confidence. I can only parent my child. She can tell the difference between healthy and unhealthy friendships, and sheâs found her people. That painful rejection actually led her to better friends. Nik gives you the tools and process, but the real change comes from you and your daughter.â
Why Quick Fixes Donât Work
Moms ask me this every day. And hereâs the reality:
âď¸ One âperfectâ phrase wonât fix it.
âď¸ One magic script wonât give her confidence.
âď¸ One pep talk wonât stop the tears.
Confidence isnât said. Itâs built.
Resilience isnât taught in one moment. Itâs formed over time.
Thatâs why I donât give you a band-aid. I give you the blueprint.

What Can Change
Knowing her values.
Improving communication.
Setting boundaries â even when the storms hit.
Thatâs where you come in.
Because the storm isnât about having the ârightâ thing to say in the moment.Â
Itâs about building before, during, and after.
Thatâs the work. And thatâs exactly what you will learn to do together inside Friendship Storms.

â¨âI now know the drama is everywhere, but my daughter now knows how to deal with it, stand up for herself, and she is a completely different kid. She still gets nervous, but watching her confidence grow is what Nik helps you see and foster.âÂ
Sarah, Mom of 6th Grader

â¨
âI now know I canât protect them from everything, but I can help her grow through it so she becomes better. Grit is built. Confidence is built. Nik teaches, cheers, and guides you through the ups and downs of this hard age.â
-Emily, Mom of two

â¨âMy daughter says things like: âIâm not going to repeat that, itâs mean.â I didnât even know she picked that up from this group. She was listening."
-Jenna, Mom of 5th Grader

Inside Friendship Storms: A Mom Session
Hereâs what youâll walk away with:
â The 3 Choices Framework: The go-to tool that takes the panic out of the moment and puts logic back in. It teaches YOU BOTH to pause, plan, and think before reacting, and youâll use it everywhere: school, sports, even into her 20s.
â Teaching Through the Group Chat:Â How to turn the chaos of pings, posts, and gossip into lessons on tone, boundaries, and texting etiquette that will carry her way past middle school.
â Social Mistakes = Life Lessons: How to use rejection, exclusion, and drama as teachable moments that build resilience, self-awareness, and gritâso she bounces back stronger every time.
⨠Confidence + Resilience That Lasts: This repetitive process is not a quick fix, but lifelong skills to help her find her voice, stand tall, and navigate storms long after middle school.

Why Me?
Iâm Nik Bowers, former middle school principal, educator, and executive function coach. Iâve spent 20+ years walking with moms and girls through the mess of gossip, exclusion, and rejection at all ages.
Iâve lived it at home too. My two daughters faced the bullying, the left-out, the sting of rejection.
I know the skills it takes to grow through and rise from it. Iâve seen it not just with my girls, but over decades with others.Â
I will help you grow her to the other side: when theyâre not scrambling in high school, when their voice and their logic finally stand strong.
